Eligible Products

Only unopened, unused seed packets and unopened tools are eligible for return.

Return Period

You can request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.

Contact us at support@botanvia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the simple return process.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.

Important Notes

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Botanvia (e.g. wrong item delivered).
• Seeds that have been opened or used cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
